This Privacy Policy explains how Esports Centric (www.esportscentric.xyz) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Site. By using the Site you consent to this policy. The Site runs on Google's Blogger platform, so data handling is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

- Automatically: Standard log data via Google's infrastructure and Google Analytics 4 — approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
- You provide: Your name/email if you comment (via your Google account) or contact us by email. Job applications go directly to Employers — we never receive or store your CV, documents, or application data.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies:

- Google AdSense — third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. - Google News / Subscribe with Google — powers our Google Publisher Center integration.

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Data is processed on Google's secure infrastructure; however, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For anything you've sent us directly, email esportscentric@gmail.com. For data held by Google (Analytics, AdSense, Blogger comments), use Google's own privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.
